Do not attempt to turn on or charge your device! Providing more electrical current into a water logged device will not turn out well. If your phone is still on, turn it off! Do not put it in rice, that is a myth and will cause more damage to your phone. Bring your phone to us immediately!
ormally payment is due on pickup, we want to make sure your device is in proper working order before taking payment. The exception would be gaming consoles, computers and other time consuming tasks to diagnose your device. These exceptions have a $30 bench fee due at drop off.

Phones normally take 45 minutes to an hour and a half, gaming consoles, iPads, tablets and computers can take 3 hours to a couple of days, depending on the specific issue.
We do not repair TVs, most repairs on TVs will cost more than purchasing a new one.
Diagnostics on phones is free, if we cannot fix it, you do not pay.
