The repair price estimate includes parts and labor for the original diagnosed issue

Our 60 day warranty covers any manufacturing defect of the part replaced that is not caused by physical or liquid damage

Do not attempt to turn on or charge your device! Providing more electrical current into a water logged device will not turn out well. If your phone is still on, turn it off! Do not put it in rice, that is a myth and will cause more damage to your phone. Bring your phone to us immediately!

Normally payment is due on pickup, we want to make sure your device is in proper working order before taking payment. The exception would be if we have to order the part for your device, if so, we take 50% down to get the part ordered. We have Bench (diagnostics) fees for consoles, laptops, tablets and phones, payment of these bench fees may be collected up front. 

We have a long history of repairing devices using only quality parts, with over 10 years of device repair, we have the experience necessary to repair your device at an affordable price that will not cause you more issues down the road.

When your device has any physical or liquid damage, your warranty has already been voided.

We do not sell parts as we have exclusive arrangements with our part suppliers that prevents us from doing so

We have the experience to diagnose power related issues.

Phones normally take 60-90 minutes, gaming consoles, iPads, tablets and computers can take 3 hours to a couple of days, depending on the specific issue.

We do not repair TVs, most repairs on TVs will cost more than purchasing a new one.

We do charge a minimal repair attempt fee, this is similar to any diagnostics fee and is paid for the time and experience we put into diagnosing and attempting to fix the device.
